Breading ground for the next great American storyteller Joe Hall felt everyone needed the chance to be heard and tell their story. He took that vision and started the non-profit Ghetto Film School in 2000, giving teens in his South Bronx neighborhood the chance to learn about all aspects of the film making process.

Each year a small group of applicants get admitted into the fifteen-month Fellows program. The teens have gotten a chance to pitch their stories to insiders and even rub elbows with filmmakers like David O. Russell and Lee Daniels. Sunday Morning in San Diego was cool for many reasons. One reason that stands out above the rest was the ONE DAY ONLY indie fashion tradeshow "Thread". We got fresh; got in the car and rolled down to make our presence known. As we walked in the our interest level went for 10 to 2 in record time. Brands have got to step it up quite a bit. The t-shirt company biz "thing" is almost as over done as "I'm a Rapper" thing in the hip-hop industry. Every jo-blow that can come up with a crazy name wants to start a brand. Which eventually makes everything turn to crap. Thank god there are still some people out there with real skills and of course we took some pics.

Crow Thief is a amazing brand all done by the work one Ms. Melissa Hendrix. Her brand caught our attention simply because we love all things fresh . Simply because you can throw on one of her limited edition tailored button ups with a pair of crispy High Top Louboutin sneakers she gets "the brand of the show" award. Officially Rich&Rude.

A dope feature of the Thread Show this year was the "Art Kills Artists" Art Show. Many different types of art were on display for the art lover in all of us to simply enjoy. Here's a quick recap of what we thought you would like.

A slow drive down Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles CA for the average tourist is overwhelming to say the least. This street is spilling with advertising dollars. The hundreds of eye popping monster ads that appear as far as the eye can see wrapping buildings 20 stories or more let me know companies are busy getting the attention of customers. One difference setting some apart from others is this really cool symbol placed in a lower left side corner referred to as a QR Code.

Diddy has spent the last couple weeks in London meetings to discuss purchasing the Coca Cola Championship League's Crystal Palace football team. Apparently the Crystal Palace Eagles are heavily in debt yet diddy see potential in taking the team to the Premiere League. Diddy is very serious about the purchase, the financing is in place although no decisions have been made.
